And a great time was had by all! It started with a bang at Jackson
and just got better. Millie and I can never thank all the wonderful
Senators and spouses who made it happen. National Convention in
North Carolina. The golf outing was terrific. The rain out of
the Renaissance Festival (no money), the family picnic, Ohio pig roast and
all the other traditional projects that we ran.
The places we traveled to in Michigan and the USA, representing the Michigan Senate is something Millie and I will never forget. I would also like to thank some very special people who were there to help and give of themselves: Doug and Jo; Jack and Karen; Jerry and Jocelyne; Mike; Tom; and Tim. With the good that comes also comes much sadness. It was a sad time in our year to say farewell to a dear friend, mentor and just a super person. The passing of Hal Krekorian. He has left us but is not forgotten. Thanks for the memories and friendships. |
